Sinea Valdoro – Heiress to a Caderyn military dynasty, raised in Vice Heights’ women’s-only Pink District. She is driven by personal obsessions about the concept of true love, earning financial margins, and the latest trends from popular magazines. As a condition of her race, she is burdened with routine mood swings and blackouts. To cope, she normally takes out her aggressions on characters she deems "robots". To her, it’s worth the modest social credit hit of 5 points. After a gem dust overdose at a graduation party, she develops psychic powers linked to her race’s enhanced ability to feel pain and pleasure.

Her savant ability to perceive pixel geometry gives her near perfect reflexes in a dangerous anti-magic virtual reality world known as Tairseach. She’s quirky, dreamy, yet inhibited because of her isolated upbringing on a secret syndicate base on the Inyanga moon.

Caderyn - They are a wing-descended people whose ancestry traces back to sylphs, fair-spirits, and harpy-like beings. Power is maintained through caste unions, governed by an oligarchic council. To preserve their distinctive genetic traits, Caderyn society is heavily reliant on incestuous relationships, primarily between cousins, which is considered both necessary and acceptable within their culture. Their society is based in Vice Heights, a fortified city-state constructed on silicon-rich cliffs. The community places significant emphasis on maintaining image and reputation, with social customs that reinforce loyalty and hierarchical order. Their military strategy is highly unpredictable, relying on berserker-based combat tactics characterized by aggressive charges and unrestrained ferocity in battle. Outsiders regard them as formidable yet insular, with governance controlled by a limited ruling elite.

Vanderians – The Vanderians are a mercantile people descended from leprechauns and apes, whose strength lies in trade, finance, and logistics. Once contenders for broader influence, they were forced by the superior Ledirki military into a narrower role along the Pangaea coastline, where they now oversee transportation routes, ports, and capital development projects on Ledirki land. Though politically constrained, they maintain power through their Syndicate networks, which manage commerce, contracts, and the flow of goods across regions. Their culture prizes adaptability, negotiation, and financial acumen, making them indispensable to the functioning of the wider world despite their sequestered position.

Galastrians - A divine people descended from unicorns and cats, recognised as world leaders in culture and ethics. They live on a gemstone-rich island nation across the ocean from Ledirk, a cold and isolated land whose disciplined, vegan society depends on importing soil from Ledirk to sustain their agricultural needs. Governed by the Global Council—a body composed of royal children from their ruling line—they oversee the Global Police, an enforcement arm that imposes their strict code of ethics on other nations. Their culture emphasizes refinement, purity, and moral superiority, positioning themselves as guardians of order and justice, though their totalitarian structure leaves little room for dissent.

Ledirki - The Ledirki are a dominant, land‑owning people who control nearly 80% of the world’s territory on the supercontinent of Ledirk. Their society is structured as a federation of powerful barons who hold vast estates and elect an Emperor to oversee the nation. Militaristic and authoritarian, they are physically formidable—ten times stronger than ordinary humans—and culturally oriented toward sports, farming, and direct combat. They are strict carnivores and cannot consume water, which is toxic to them due to a microorganism present in nearly all natural sources; instead, they sustain themselves by drinking oil. They are hedonistic, and most crave a simple lifestyle where they can live off the land as frontiersmen, with few neighbors. They hate densely populated areas, and Ledirki not lucky to live as farmers typically must slave as "middle managers" in cities.

Brugan - The Brugans are people defined by their proletarian identity and collectivist social order. Due to a genetic sensitivity to light, they live primarily underground in sewers, tunnels, and cave networks, which also prevents them from engaging with light pixel technologies such as television or computers. Their culture is tightly bound to the Lexist faith, a religion that treats scripture as codified law and is overseen by an officially recognized pope who serves as both spiritual and legal authority. Communal labor, strict adherence to doctrine, and a shared sense of struggle shape their society, making them resilient, insular, and ideologically unified despite their marginalized position in the wider world. On the battlefield, Brugans advance in perfect synchronization, their shields locking into a seamless wall.

Altameri – Bohemian mystics distributed all over Nyandoré, but concentrated in the islands between Ledirk and Galastria. Their specialty is dexterity and dance. They initiated magic first, making them the true First Humans. Yet their lives are cursed. Genetic decay. That's how it is. They get their genes spliced into other monsters and become a kind of ethical force to ensure algorithmic distinction on a racial level. They speak in chorus, finishing each other’s sentences, unnerving outsiders. When bargaining, they refuse to deal with individuals—only groups. A lone merchant is ignored until they bring companions. In a cavern temple, they chant “auto be saved” while circling a clutch of eggs. On the battlefield, Altameri strike with perfect accuracy, their shields locking into a seamless wall. When summoned to a council, they send not one ambassador but a delegation of dozens. They refuse to vote individually; instead, they chant their decision in unison.

Sumaku - The Sumaku are a cannibal race of nomadic, seafaring hackers who raid coasts and fleets. They are feared not only for their piracy but for their biological dependency on human protein. Their survival requires consuming human tissue—ranging from specific organs in older bloodlines to, in more “adapted” lineages, the ability to subsist on skin cells and keratin. They are marked by tattoos that serve as both cultural identity and mnemonic code. Long before they became nomadic raiders, the Sumaku dwelled on a vast coastal shelf—a drowned plain exposed during low tides, rich with tidal pools, reefs, and caves. Early Sumaku were described by neighbors as “sea vampires” who emerged at night from tidal caves to raid villages. Their leaders are said to live unnaturally long, sustained by the brains of prophets, generals, and sages.
